About the author










USHA C.V. HALEY is Associate Professor of Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (College of Business Administration) and is a member of the Executive MBA program's core faculty. She has written more than 70 books, journal articles, book chapters and research presentations on international strategic management. She has taught in major corporate, governmental and universities' executive-development programs internationally.

FRANK-JÜRGEN RICHTER is Director for Asia, at the World Economic Forum, Geneva. Prior to joining the World Economic Forum, he gathered high-level management experience in Asia and Europe. An active scholar, he authored and edited several books on Asian economies and international business.
