JEAN-MARIE CHEVALIER is professor of economics at Univerisité Paris Dauphine, Director of the Centre de Géopolitique de l'Energie et des Matières Premières (CGEMP), France. He is also Senior Associate at Cambridge Energy Research Associates (HS-CERA). He has also published numerous books and articles on energy and industrial organization.
