Curve fitting is one of the most powerful and most widely used analysis tools. Curve fitting examines the relationship between one or more independent variables and a dependent variable with the goal of defining a "best fit" model of the relationship. Curve drawing can help in understanding many properties of a functions. Curve fitting is the process of constructing a curve, or mathematical function, that has the best fit to a series of data points, possibly subject to constraints. This book aims at discussion of the algorithms that generates different types of curves and focuses on C programming approaches to better understanding of how a computer generates those curves. Overall through the book user can easily draw curves based on pixel positions of the points like trigonometric curves, conic sections curves and smooth curves based on control points like spline curves and Bezier curves.
