This book extrapolates on waste energy from the exhaust of the gas turbine, due to great availability of energy and high temperature in this source . A thermodynamic analysis for a double effect absorption refrigeration cycle using exhaust gas turbine as a source of energy has been carried out, the binary mixture considered in the cycle was LiBr-H2O.The simulation is performed to estimate the effect of generator temperature ,ambient temperature ,absorber temperature and evaporator temperature on the coefficient of performance of system( COP ).The basic parameters at various state points of the cycle was computed using formulas of mathematical modeling by F.L.Lansing . The analysis has been done by varying evaporator temperature (Te) from 1-7 °C, ambient temperature from (Tamb) 30-45 °C and generator temperature (Tg) from 90-120 °C. The optimized results, corresponding to our study are : Tamb=30°C, Te=7°C, And Tg =95°C, Cop=1.44.
