This book constitutes the proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Modeling Decisions for Artificial Intelligence, MDAI 2016, held in Sant Julià de Lòria, Andorra, in September 2016.
The 22 revised full papers presented together with three invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 36 submissions.
