With the increase of obesity amongst the school children around the globe, it has become mandatory for physical education teachers and trainers to keep a continuous track of children's fitness level. The fitness course given in this book helps us to assess some of the HRPF and SRPF components of the children with the minimal equipments, time and human resources. After many interviews and discussions with the physical education teachers, the author felt the need of fitness course which helps us in measuring some of the components of HRPF and SRPF simultaneously instead of conducting individual test for each component. This book indeed is going to provide a great help as well as valuable guidelines for the physical education teachers all over the world as this fitness course is a valid tool and can be modified as and when required according to the needs.
