Shortly before retiring as a world authority on ion implantation into diamond, Johan Prins discovered an unexpected electrical phenomenon while extracting electrons from diamond. Further experimentation led to the remarkable conclusion that this behavior must be superconduction at room temperature. This conclusion follows impeccably from well-established Solid State Physics which successfully models electronic devices. When Johan tried to engage the physics community, the "experts" on superconduction refused point blank to consider this discovery unless it conforms with their dogma. No physicist in this field of endeavor even tried to engage Johan rationally. They blocked him him from further publication of additional data, and subtly barred him from their conferences. Even his peers in the field of diamond physics would not engage him. They cowered behind the excuse that they are "not experts on superconduction". This surprisingly dogmatic response challenged Johan to re-examine the accepted interpretations of modern physics. This book is the result. It shows that modern theoretical physics is largely based on mysticism and it attempts to direct this physics back to reality.
