About the author
RJ Teles, Ph.D. has been an investigator and "student" of the UFO phenomenon for almost 60 years and has worked with numerous UFO groups including APRO, NICAP, MUFON, NUFORC, BUFORA (UK), GEIPAN(France), and the Center for UFO Studies. During that time he has completed over 500 investigations and numerous interviews with military and government witnesses.
RJ provides training on the UFO investigative process and techniques, and is a consultant to investigators in data, photo and video analysis. He has also conducted forensic analysis of numerous high-profile historical UFO incidents.
He holds a Ph.D in Metaphysics and Anomalous Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science and worked as a technical consultant on cyber systems defense, intrusion detection, threat assessment and mitigation, and forensic data analysis for the government and private corporations. It was his work in these areas that gave him access to the military and intelligence communities where he met individuals willing to share their experience in regards to the UFO phenomenon and extraterrestrial life.
