Synthetic acaricides do not only harm the animal in question, but also cause harm to the environment. Ethno botanical survey revealed that some plants have acaricidal properties which makes them plants of choice for tick control on animals. From this study, more research work needs to be done using the potent plants in an attempt to extract the active ingredients from the plants. I end this blurb by saying that science, really is the study of nature.
