In addition he is visiting scholar at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies, Harvard University, USA and has served as member of Turkish Parliament. His research is focused on EU-Turkey relations.  PAUL ANDREW WILLIAMS Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations, Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. He was previously a visiting scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington DC, USA. His research and publications have focused on transboundary water issues, global environmental politics and North-South energy relations.
