BOB HEYMAN is Professor of Health Research and Director of Research at St Bartholomew School of Nursing and Midwifery at City University, London. He is editor of Researching User Perspectives on Community Health and Risk, Health and Health Care: A Qualitative Approach.

METTE HENRIKSEN is a Registered Midwife and a Research Student at the University of Northumbria.
