RAYAPROLU NAGARAJ is Professor at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai, India, and has previously held positions as Visiting Professor at Princeton University, New Jersey, and Hosei University, Tokyo. Previous publications include Aspects of India's Economic Growth and Reforms (2006).
