Informationen zum Autor KATRIN MILZOW is Head of Strategic Planning and Controlling at the Swiss National Science Foundation in Bern, Switzerland. An Oxford graduate, she has in the past worked at the Graduate Institute in Geneva, Switzerland, from which she holds a PhD in International History and Politics, and done research at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). She has previously published on the European Union's security and defense policy, the eastern enlargement of the EU, as well as relations between UNHCR and the Federal Republic of Germany.
