Faster, cheaper, and better has become the mantra for organizations seeking to increase their value to clients by using projects to meet there goals which are timely framed, on scope, on schedule and within budget. This book is about how to manage projects well by considering some of the factors discussed. Muchelule is a PhD candidate in project management at JKUAT as well as a lecture of project management and Information Technology at various public and private universities in Kenya.
