Caffeine is a stimulant drug that act on the brain and central Nervous system causing increased alertness. It is naturally found in tea, coffee, colas and in certain medicines. Woman's responses to caffeine intake are different from a man's responses because of the hormones that directly connected to menstrual cycle. But common side effects such as nausea, nervousness, dizziness, irritability can be seen in both the sexes. Moderate consumption of caffeinated beverages do not harm the body but higher doses can alter the health of women's.
