The book explains natural areas as reservoir of diverse plant species require protection, community experiences to mitigate deforestation with their contemporary conservation and utilization limited capacity. Moreover, Human induced pressure trend (in the last 100 years), degree of pressure, threats continuity in the future and possibility for rehabilitation to its nearly natural state if appropriate measure is taken on time discussed in the book may gives pivotal information to the readers.

Abraham Marye Desse, has MED;- Studied Education in Biology at Bahir Dar University, He was head of Wildlife & Ecosystem Project Senior Expert & Amhara Region Wildlife and Park Management Department head, Currently Nech Sar National Park Manager or Chief Warden, Arba Minch, Ethiopia.
