About the author

Volkan Varol was born on October 30, 1978 in Zonguldak, Turkey. He received M.S. degree in 2004 and PhD. degree in 2011 on Elementary Education focusing on teacher characteristics and teacher quality in United States. Since 2013, the author works as teacher educator in Sinop University in Turkey.
