Computational analysis of week interactions in TIM-Barrel Proteins describe in detail the occurrence, secondary structural preference and other biophysical parameters required for the formation and stabilization of non-canonical week interactions in TIM-barrel Proteins. This book also explores the significance of non-canonical week interactions through mutating the amino acids in selected TIM-barrel proteins. This comparative study on week interactions in native and mutant TIM-barrel proteins was explored through molecular dynamic simulation studies.

He has also pursued his postdoctoral research from Computational Systems Biology Group, Centre for Neuroscience and Cell Biology, University of Coimbra, Portugal from 2008 - 2012
