The dominance of global markets has created a need for organizations to search for new set of competences to enable them to survive into the future. Whether they operate locally or in other countries' markets, global challenges are felt in every business. Research posits global mindset as a prerequisite for internationalization, but there is emerging debate about whether global mindset factors pose benefits or challenges to multi-national companies especially contractors. The book captures the relationship between Global mindset and performance of foreign contractors, benefits of global mindset, challenges confronting Global mindset and indicators for measuring the performance of foreign contractors. The various factors were established and then fully discussed. It is therefore envisaged that his book would be of importance to contractors especially multi-national construction firms across the globe.
