About the author

Marek Gö¿biowski is a Professor in Cultural Studies at the Institute of English Studies, University of Warsaw, Poland. He was also a Visiting Professor at American universities. His research interests focus on various aspects of American and Canadian cultures: intercultural communication; values of culture.
