Paula L. Aymer is Associate
Professor of Sociology at Tufts University, USA. Her research focuses on
Caribbean labor migration patterns and Caribbean family arrangements, which are topics covered in her book Uprooted Women
Migrant Domestics in the Caribbean 
(1997) and more recent journal articles.
