I was born and brought up in Sanandaj, Kurdistan which is located in west of Iran. Today after 5 years work experience on CBT. I successfully write this module, which is useful for treating mental disorder, depression, obsession and anxiety.I hope this book will be useful for all psychologists, nutritionists and trainers.
