ANDRES HATUM is Associate Professor at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral, Argentina, specializing in organizational flexibility and talent management. He has published papers and book chapters in the British Journal of Management, Family Business Review, Journal of Change Management, Harvard Business Review (Latinamerica) and Oxford University Press among others.
