HIDETAKA YOSHIMATSU is Professor of International Relations at the Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. Dr Yoshimatsu received his PhD from Australian National University, Japan. He is the author of Japan and East Asia in Transition: Trade Policy, Crisis and Evolution, and Regionalism.
