About the author
Der Autor: Wolfgang Walter aus Salzburg studierte Klavier, Kammermusik und Liedbegleitung an den Musikhochschulen in Salzburg und Stuttgart, außerdem Musikwissenschaft an der Universität Salzburg. Er ist Dozent für Gesangs- und Instrumentalbegleitung an der Musikhochschule Stuttgart und als Kammermusiker und als Begleiter auf Meisterkursen und Wettbewerben tätig.
The Author: Wolfgang Walter was born in Salzburg and studied piano, chamber music, and song accompaniment at the Salzburg and Stuttgart conservatories of music and musicology at the University of Salzburg. He is an accompanist in the vocal and string departments at the University of Music in Stuttgart, and is, in addition, an active chamber musician and accompanist for master classes and competitions.
