Clientele and official relationship gains greater significance not only in India, but also in almost all countries. Indian Citizen depends upon the administration system from 'cradle' to the 'grave'. In this book the author has taken Union, State and Local Government departments in Visakhapatnam and conducted intensive study about the functioning the three departments and projected the maladies and suggested measures to overcome.

About the author

Dr. Nalla Sushma is currently working as a Professor and Head of the Department of Management Studies in Pydah P.G College, Gambhiram, Visakhapatnam. So far thirty articles were published her credit in several reputed journals, two books were published and two more books are under publication.
