Wubishet Sisay Jima was born in Arsi,Asella,Ethiopia on Nov.21,1981.He studied History between 2000 and 2004 in Debub University Dilla College of Teachers Education & Health Sciences & received his B.Ed in History in July,2004. He receive M.A in Population&Socioeconomic Development Planning from Adama Science and Technology University in Mar.2015
