The MOPS Story
About the author
Mary Beth Lagerborg is the author or coauthor of several books, including Once-a-Month Cooking and Beyond Macaroni and Cheese. Mary Beth lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband, Alex, and has three grown sons.Karen J. Parks has worked with MOPS International since 1982, currently as director of research and discovery. Karen admits to a collection of "more than 350 cookbooks." She tends to the care and feeding of her husband, Dick, their three children, friends, and home church members in Evergreen, CO.
