Carta A los Romanos = Epistle to the Romans

William Barclay was pastor of the Church of Scotland and professor of New Testament at the University of Glasgow. He is known and appreciated internationally for his art of Bible exposition. This 17 volume commentary the the N.T. is a required text in many Seminaries and Bible Institutes.

About the author

William Barclay (1907-1978) nació en Wick (Escocia) en una familia de larga tradición evangélica.
Estudió en la Universidad y en el Trinity College de Glasgow, que completó con un semestre en la Universidad alemana de Marburgo.
En 1933 fue ordenado al ministerio de la Iglesia de Escocia. Su primer y único pastorado fue en Trinity Church de Renfrew, donde permanecería casi catorce años (1933-47).
Dio clases de lengua y literatura del Nuevo Testamento en la Universidad de Glasglow hasta el día de su jubilación.
