Webster's Collegiate Dictionary defines bibliophile as "a lover of books," or "a book collector." As such, Bruce Glasrud and Arnoldo De León have approached and accomplished the task of compiling a thorough bibliography of secondary works on Tejano scholarship--defined as those academic works that have Texas as a focus, setting, or theme, and have Mexican-descent people as their subjects. The result is a much-needed reference tool useful to academicians and lay people alike.
