Bridging Enigma - Cubans on Cuba

That this special issue of SAQ is appearing in the winter of 1997 is something of a miracle for when work on it began in the summer of 1993 nobody could be sure that the Cuban Socialist State would still be intact today. So it is now time to definitely renounce the logic of such stereotypes and try to identify the underlying reasons for the stubborn, scandalous persistence of this system, the endurance of which is due to more than chance.
