An enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Devon A. Mihesuah is the editor of the
American Indian Quarterly and the author of numerous nonfiction books and articles. She is Professor of Applied Indigenous Studies at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.
