About the author










Tristan Boutros has international operations management and information technology experience in both the public and private sector with key emphasis on program management, process improvement, strategic planning, and business transformation. During his career he has worked on projects and programmes for companies that are household names in retail, business-to-business, communications and media organizations and is currently Chief Program Officer for Warner Music Group. Tristan is a regular industry speaker and author of the Process Improvement Handbook: A Blueprint for Managing Change & Increasing Organizational Performance, McGraw-Hill Professional. Jennifer Cardella has worked as a project and program manager in the professional services, communications and software industries. She is currently a senior manager at PerspecSys, a cloud security software company.
