In book three in the fashion-themed On the Runway series by YA author Melody Carlson, Paige and Erin Forrester take their fashion-focused TV show to Paris, visiting salons, designers, as well as their friends Taylor Mitchell and Eliza Wilton. When they stay at Eliza's estate, romance, jealousy, and surprises threaten the stability of On the Runway.

About the author

Melody Carlson has written more than 200 books for teens, women, and children. Before publishing, Melody traveled around the world, volunteered in teen ministry, taught preschool, raised two sons, and worked briefly in interior design and later in international adoption. "I think real-life experiences inspire the best fiction," she says. Her wide variety of books seems to prove this theory.

Summary

Lost in translation?
Having learned some hard lessons about the costs of fame, sisters Paige and Erin Forrester feel ready to take their fashion-focused TV show on location to Paris. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long for many of their good intentions to get lost in translation. An unplanned week of filming at runway model Eliza Wilton’s family estate leads to romance, jealousy, and surprises. With cameras rolling, both girls have to be careful, or the future of On the Runway could end up as wobbly as Paige’s stiletto heels.
