About the author










Andrew is Professor Emeritus of Cass Business School, London and Academic Director of FTMS. He chairs FEE's Corporate Governance and Company Law Committee, Brussels. In 2012¿13 Andrew was a member of the UK committee that developed enhanced Internal Audit Guidance for Financial Services.
