About the author










Aleksandra Zhezova ,PhD was born on 03.09.1980 in Skopje , R.Macedonia. She holds a PhD degree in sociology from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She works as an assistant professor at Goce Delcev University-Shtip since 2013. Her field of interest includes sociology, organizational psychology, and communications and media.
