Prof. Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan who is very interested in public communication campaigns and policy communication research. He received education and training in: Journalism and Communication from: Uganda, UK,and the USA.Okaka belongs research, media, and scientific networks. He has travelled to states in Africa, Asia,Europe, and USA.
