Mr. N. Jeyapandiyan Graduated in Agriculture and Post-graduationin Environmental Sciences. Compled his Ph.D in Agricultural Meteorology and Climatology at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India. He is specialized in solid waste management,quantifying and mitigation of Green House Gases especially in different rice cultivation systems.
