About the author

Venki Krishnamoorthy is an author, speaker, and SAP HCM Talent Management Solutions subject matter expert. Venki is currently an SAP HCM Functional Consultant with SAP (America). He has over 10 years experience as a Functional Lead, Project Manager / Program Manager in the HCM space, and besides implementing SAP E-Recruiting, he has implemented and acted as a trusted advisor on SAP HCM Talent Management implementations including Performance Management, Succession Planning, SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa, Enterprise Compensation Management, and Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.

Martin Murray has worked in the SAP area since 1990 for consulting firms like KPMG, Deloitte Consulting, and IBM. He hasheld positions ranging from senior project manger to MM Configurator.
