In this book some multi-item inventory models are provided in fuzzy environments. Demand and deteriorating rate patterns are considered to be different for every model. Various types of linear and non-linear membership functions are used to represent fuzzy parameters. Algorithms of Fuzzy Programming Technique(FPT) and Fuzzy Non-Linear Programming(FNLP) methods are given. Solution procedures are illustrated by numerical examples along with sensitivity analysis.

Dr.Hemant Umap, Associate Professor in Statistics is working in Yashavantrao Chavan Institute of Science, Satara affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur (M.S.)India. He has published 12 research papers in international peer reviewed journals.He has completed one minor research project.Two students are doing Ph.D. under his guidance.
