About the author

Dr.P.Mohanraj is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Nandha Arts and Science College. He has done his college education in Bharathiar and Alagappa University. He has more than ten years of teaching experience in management discipline particularly marketing and human resource at graduate and post graduate level.
