This volume contains the scientific papers presented at the 2nd International Conference Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium that was held on November 2, 2012 at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. C¿t¿lin-Silviu S¿raru, PhD, is Lecturer at the Law Department of Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he specializes in European and Comparative administrative law. He is Arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration (Romania), Editor in Chief of the Juridical Tribune Journal and President of the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences.
