This research focuses, on the" impact of leadership styles on job satisfaction" at Salahaddin University-Hawler. And What is the impact of this style on SUH employee's job satisfaction? The main conclusions of this research were: that there were significant differences in leadership style due to managers' demographic characteristics, and that the authoritarian leadership style was preferred among Salahaddin University-Hawler leaders.
