Autistic spectrum disorder is different for all other developmental disabilities, the characteristics of autism generate further stress for the parents and make the life of the family very firm, normally the families leftward lonely to face the stressful contests of raising a child with autistic spectrum. The effect of autistic spectrum disorder present a huge contest to parents, passing them through many coping stages specifically denial, anger and guilt. The perception of Sudanese parents was coincident with the dental health status of their autistic children. The un-cooperative behaviour of autistic child was the most frequently barrier considered by parents as impediment for accessing dental care.
