Analysis of linear and spatial aspects of streams in quantitative forms is significant to determine the rate and degree of erosion as well as to resolve the causes of degradation. About the author

Dr. Pawar has over 20 years of teaching experience at P.G. and U.G. classes.Currently, he is working as a faculty of Geography at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has more than 50 research papers on his name, published in journals and proceedings. He has authored 3 books and produced 11 M.Phil. & 4 Ph.D. students so far.
