Industrail revolution has opened a new era that men couldn't foresee. If he would have predicted what will happen in the next 300 years, he should have accepted to welcome a new form of slavery. This book is a journay of production organizations. The transformation of how people produce, had dramatical consequences on both psychological and pyhsical wellbeing of the blue color workers. In the middle of 20th Century,a new form of production has started to be used at the factories in order to overcome the Crises of Fordism. A new paradigm was born which abolished the solidarity among blue colors, took away the occupational identities and which created a new form of hegemony on labors.

Dr. Gül Selin Erben holds a BA degree on Sociology and PhD degree on Organizational Behavior from Marmara University, Istanbul. She has been giving lectures since 2008 in the field of Industrial Sociology adn Industrial Psychology. Currently,she is working at both Bahçe¿ehir University as an adjunct and at Beykent University as a full time lecturer
