Nutrient Input On Algal Periphyton In Nyangores Tributary-Kenya

This work covers findings on algal periphyton composition in the Nyangores tributary of Mara River in Kenya. The work explores new area that has not been comprehensively researched on. Therefore,it will serve as a platform of further research on algae in tropical fresh water rivers in general.Notably, research in Kenyan lakes on phytoplankton have been well documented but little has been done periphyton in Kenyan rivers.

Graduate of Egerton with B.Sc in Applied Aquatic Sciences (2006) and M.Sc in Limnology (2014).Currently working as an assistant Lecturer at both Egerton and Technical University.
