Also, were used sources and other knowledges which enabled a more comprehensive treatment of this topic.

About the author










Prof. dr. Azem Hajdari was born on September 15, 1961 in Tugjec - Kamenica Municipality ¿ Kosovo. He is working as a professor at the University of Prishtina and is the author of 19 books and 42 scientific articles in criminal law. Also is participating in 14 regional and international conferences.
