Bernd Helge Fritsch war vormals erfolgreicher Rechtsanwalt in Graz. Vor rund drei Jahrzehnten hat er sich aufgrund einer tiefgreifenden inneren Veränderung aus der Anwaltstätigkeit zurückgezogen und ist seither als Schriftsteller und spiritueller Lehrer tätig. Er verbrachte viele Jahre auf Reisen in Asien und Südeuropa, lebte in buddhistischen und hinduistischen Klöstern, studierte und praktizierte Zen.
