Description

New measurement technology for capacitance technique is presented. The main distinctive feature of this technology consists in increase of dimension of the measurements through out of the whole data acquisition and processing chain. Novelty of the proposed technology also lies in the design of capacitance sensor, which comprises a number of elements adapted to surface of the test item with possibility to supply different electric potential over them. The distribution of potential over such an electrode array can be varied in compliance with definite algorithms, thus providing the required distribution of electric field intensity through the test item.
